Reporting Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification to support@critiquehq.com containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringer Policy

CritiqueHQ reserves the right to terminate, at our sole discretion, access to the Site for any user who is found to be a repeat infringer of copyright.
